Reverse Osmosis
Reverse Osmosis (RO) membranes have a pore size of 0.0001 μm. It is the finest level of filtration. RO works on a molecular level with a filter membrane so small, that only water molecules can pass through it. It removes 99.9% of salt, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses and parasitic cysts from the water.
