Dosing Pumps, Chemicals and Tanks
Dosing pump
A dosing pump is a small pump, also known as a positive displacement pump. It pumps chemicals or other substances at a very precise rate of flow into water, steam or gas.
Chemicals
- Sodium Hypochlorite
Sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) is a compound commonly used as a chemical disinfectant and bleaching agent. It is used on a large scale for surface purification, bleaching, odour removal and water disinfection. Due to the presence of caustic soda in sodium hypochlorite, the pH of the water also increases.
- Anti-Scalant
Our anti-scalant is a pre-treatment injected into the feedwater before it enters the Reverse Osmosis Membranes. It delays the reaction between calcium, magnesium and bicarbonate. This prevents scales from forming within the RO membrane while the water is being treated.
- Membrane Washing Acids
We use a range of industry standard acids and chemicals to perform a systematic process of acid washing for Reverse Osmosis Membranes.
Dosing Tanks (200L & 300L)
